Stacey Mahoney, ACC-CPDC, is an international speaker and facilitator with 30 years of corporate experience across technology, advertising, nonprofit, and government. Her work spans leadership coaching and organizational development for some of the most complex organizations in the world.
Stacey is the creator of The Intelligence to Impact Gap™ — original thought leadership that examines why intelligence, capability, and effort do not always translate into positive leadership impact, and how leaders can intentionally close that gap.
As the CEO of Stacey Mahoney Consulting, LLC, she works from the belief that leadership can be effective, excellent, and human-centered when accountability exists at the individual and organizational levels.
Stacey is accredited through the International Coaching Federation and holds certifications in coaching through the Institute for Coaching Innovation, facilitation from VERITAS Culture, and change management through PROSCI®.
