This Privacy Policy explains how Stacey Mahoney Consulting, LLC (“Stacey Mahoney,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit staceymahoneyspeaks.com (the “Site”).

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly, when you submit a form on the Site:

  • Speaking request form: first name, last name, email address, company/organization, type of engagement requested, event date, event location, and speaker budget.

  • General contact form: first name, last name, email address, subject, and message.

  • Newsletter opt-in checkbox: email address, if you check the box to receive news and updates.

Information collected automatically, when you browse the Site:

  • Standard analytics data provided by our website host, Squarespace, such as pages visited, time on page, browser type, device type, and approximate location derived from IP address. We do not currently run separate third-party ad-tracking pixels (such as Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag) beyond Squarespace’s built-in analytics; if that changes, we will update this policy.

  • Cookies used by Squarespace to operate and improve the Site (see Section 5).

We do not knowingly collect payment information, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this Site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Respond to speaking requests, booking inquiries, and general questions

  • Evaluate and follow up on event and engagement details you provide

  • Send newsletter or update emails, only if you opted in

  • Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it

  • Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site

  • We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Site and respond to inquiries, including our website host (Squarespace) and email/newsletter delivery tools. These providers may only use your information to perform services on our behalf.

  • Legal or safety reasons, if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Stacey Mahoney Consulting, LLC, our visitors, or others.

  • Business transfers, if this business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

We retain speaking requests, contact form submissions, and newsletter subscriptions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain business records, or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

The Site uses cookies placed by our host, Squarespace, to support core site functionality and basic visitor analytics. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect how the Site functions.

This Site is intended for a professional, adult audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
